3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights
The SaasCart Software License facilitates the acquisition of SaasCart software through a single purchase, granting users unrestricted and perpetual access to its full functionalities. Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, SaasCart empowers users to build professional web pages and online stores.
This license entails a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions. However, the licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites. This provision enables the licensor to maintain control over software distribution and utilization.
Opting for the SaasCart Software License allows users to benefit from the software while recognizing the licensor's termination rights, providing adaptability for unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, the SaasCart boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.
5. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that SaasCart will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, data loss or corruption, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
SaasCart does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or other term regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. SaasCart shall not be liable to you for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or claims (whether caused by SaasCart's negligence or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the provision of goods or services by SaasCart. SaasCart shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
Notwithstanding any contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that SaasCart is deemed liable for breach, you agree that SaasCart's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the software or services. You release SaasCart from all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.
7. Responsibilities
SaasCart is not responsible for the user-generated content or actions taken by users with the content they create.
8. Price Adjustments
As we continue to improve SaasCart and expand our offerings, the price may increase. The current price discount allows customers to secure their purchase without unexpected future price changes.
9. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SaasCart as a result of your use of our services. You agree not to represent yourself as an agent or employee of SaasCart and acknowledge that SaasCart is not liable for any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
